Acceptance
By using this website, the customer portal, or submitting a form or application through them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
No offer of credit or of a vehicle
Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to extend credit, to sell a vehicle at a stated price, or to accept a trade-in at a stated value. Estimated payments, estimated rates and estimated trade values shown anywhere on this site are illustrations only. Only underwriting can issue an approval, conditional approval, decline or final terms, and only after a full review and verification. Our chat assistant cannot approve, decline or issue terms.
Inventory, pricing and availability
Vehicles, prices, mileage, equipment and availability change continuously and may contain errors. Vehicles are subject to prior sale. Advertised prices exclude tax, title, registration and a dealer processing fee of $489. We reserve the right to correct errors.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your portal login confidential and for activity under it. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.
Information you give us
You agree that information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it. Submitting false information on a credit application may be unlawful. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Calls and text messages
If you check the contact consent box on one of our forms, you agree that Prime Auto USA (PPOC LLC) may contact you at the number you provided, including by automated or autodialed calls, prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice calls, and text messages, about vehicles, financing, your account, service and offers, as that box describes. If you apply for financing, the credit application separately asks you to agree to calls and texts, including automated and artificial (AI) voice calls, about your application and any resulting account, such as payment reminders and collection. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of financing. Nothing in these terms promises that we will not call or text you about an account you have with us.
Calls to and from us may be recorded and monitored, and some calls are answered or placed by our AI phone assistant. You can ask for a person at any time.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You may also withdraw consent any other reasonable way — tell us on a call, call us at (731) 624-1000, or email us — and we honor requests within 10 business days. Opting out does not affect your application. Full program terms are in our SMS Terms.
Promotional and marketing messages require separate consent and are not sent under the account consent described above: they are sent only if you checked the optional contact consent box. How we handle mobile information, including that we do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing, and our Do Not Call policy, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link, and we honor requests within 10 business days. Emails about an application, purchase, appointment or account you have with us are transactional and continue after you unsubscribe from marketing.
Third-party services
Some features rely on third parties, including identity and income verification, vehicle history reports, valuation providers, payment processing and electronic signature. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, interfere with its operation, scrape or reproduce inventory data for a competing service, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
Intellectual property
Site content, photography and layout are owned by Prime Auto USA or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prime Auto USA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have under a purchase contract, a warranty, a vehicle service contract, or applicable consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law rules.
